Charley Patton etching SOLD OUT

Crumb initially drew this portrait of Charley Patton in 2013. But because there is only one known photograph of Charley Patton, Crumb was forced to use the same photograph for a second portrait drawn eight years later in 2021 in exchange for some rare 78 records.  We're now releasing this second (and in Crumb's opinion, better) portrait as a 50 print etching edition.

Each print is numbered, signed and dated by Crumb. The paper is a white Hahnemuhle etching paper which measures 13 by 16 inches. The embossed area is 9 by 11 inches. The image is 7 by 9 inches. Each print comes with our guarantee for your complete satisfaction. Release day: Friday, February 16th.
