Early Jazz Greats Giclée print/Edition of 300
Early Jazz Greats Giclée print/Edition of 300
Using watercolors and tempera, Crumb painted 36 portraits of legendary early jazz musicians which were then published as trading cards by Yazoo Records in 1982. Thirty years later, Crumb selected 25 of those portraits to create a 140 print signed giclée edition. Once that edition sold out in 2024, we are now releasing a slightly smaller, unsigned giclée edition of 300 prints. Using 255 gram enhanced Somerset Velvet archival paper and Epson Ultrachrome archival inks, we attain a rich, saturated print which looks almost identical to the original watercolors. The paper is 18" wide by 24" tall. The image is 13.5" by 20" tall. Each print is hand-numbered and comes with our guarantee for your satisfaction.
